As a Bay Area native, working mom of three, and dedicated real estate professional, I bring both personal and professional insight into what “home” truly means. In addition to serving families in real estate for over 39 years, I’ve spent more than a decade as a Girl Scout troop leader and held numerous school leadership roles, including PTA President at both the middle and high school levels. These experiences, combined with my own journey, have shaped my passion for helping families find stability, build community, and create lasting wealth through homeownership. My path into real estate was also profoundly influenced by my mother, a single parent who balanced full-time work with part-time real estate sales. Watching her achieve stability and purchase a home for our family showed me firsthand the transformative power of real estate and inspired me to follow in her footsteps. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in many different areas of the real estate industry, which allows me to guide my clients with a well-rounded and thoughtful approach. My background managing a title and escrow company gives me a clear understanding of the details behind ownership, liens, and the closing process—helping ensure everything stays on track and there are no unexpected surprises. Having worked in loan origination, I’m also able to support clients in understanding their financing options, so they can move forward with confidence. I’ve also had the opportunity to work in land banking and real estate investments, helping clients think long-term about building wealth and making smart decisions for their future. In addition, my experience negotiating short sales and distressed properties has strengthened my ability to navigate more complex situations with patience, creativity, and strong advocacy—always with my clients’ best interests at heart. My credentials include Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and more recently, I obtained the GREEN Designation which is a credential from the National Association of REALTORS® that shows specialized training in energy efficiency and sustainable homes. Additionally, I currently mentor newly licensed agents within my company, helping them kickstart their careers and build successful businesses. I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve stability, pride in homeownership, and wealth-building through real estate. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family and friends at local restaurants, museums, and parks in the Bay Area, or traveling abroad. With over 30 years of experience as a hula practitioner, I’ve had the privilege of sharing Hawaiian culture through dance and music worldwide. My goal is to provide unparalleled service and create incredible real estate experiences, ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their journey.
